This Weekend's Garage and Bake Sale

Not orders yet for this week, but we will be having the Garage Sale this weekend and Cam and kids will be selling baked goods and eggs at it. :) Hopefully we'll all have a good turn out. :)

Will post pictures after we get organized.lol

Special Request~ Whole Wheat Chocolate Chocolate Chunk

These turned out way better than I thought they would. I did have to add vital wheat gluten, but they are 100% whole wheat flour with semi-sweet and white chocolate chunks.

Some were testers (I had a few volunteers for that job!)

And the final product was drizzled with white chocolate for gift-giving.

YUM.

I think we'll add these to our "favorites" recipe file.

No cookie's this week.

Which is a good thing as we have tons to do :)
I'm sure we'll make *something* this week, though, so I'll be sure to get pics. :)

Starting up again....

Cam has been asked to PLEASE start baking her gingersnaps again.

If you don't know, Cam is a gingersnap girl:) She started baking her own gingersnaps a few years ago after we did a fraction math lesson and she learned to do it all on her own. Soon after, she started sharing them with friends, and started getting (alot) of requests for more...

Which launched CAM'S COOKIES.

It has now branched off into a few different perfected cookies as well as bread, brownies and a few other specialties.
