Special Request~ Whole Wheat Chocolate Chocolate Chunk

These turned out way better than I thought they would. I did have to add vital wheat gluten, but they are 100% whole wheat flour with semi-sweet and white chocolate chunks.

Some were testers (I had a few volunteers for that job!)

And the final product was drizzled with white chocolate for gift-giving.

YUM.

I think we'll add these to our "favorites" recipe file.

No cookie's this week.

Which is a good thing as we have tons to do :)
I'm sure we'll make *something* this week, though, so I'll be sure to get pics. :)
